Layne had her senior portraits taken today. I love that today’s senior portraits are about the individual and are allowed to show personality…and it was so fun photographing this fashionista!
Layne wanted to show her love of dance, so I naturally asked her to do something challenging! She got a workout =)

Today Finn had his 6 month old session! Since he is a Grow With Me client, we get to see him every three months, and he is growing up so fast! Today, we focused more on the family, and had a 1920s picnic set to work with (all historically accurate since Finn’s dad is awesome that way!)
These binoculars are Ryan’s grandpa’s…how cool is that!

The crisp mornings and hints of leaves changing have me SO excited for fall! And I remembered that I had never posted about a styled shoot I did last year with Zinnia Design Florals, Girl Friday and Blomma Designs at the Nicollet Island Inn! I’m also playing with a slightly different style of editing (making it look more like film) … let me know what you think!
The vintage accessories were from Brides of France, they have such an amazing selection! And all the dresses are from Bella Bridesmaid. I love the color palette Girl Friday chose.
I ADORE Karolee from Zinnia Design Florals. She is creative, fun to work with, and her blooms always have a hint of surprise. She knocked it out of the park with this shoot.
The Vintage Type designed the menu and invitation suite completely with vintage details.

I just love how everything turned out!
Tonight I had a really fun family session. The kids were so sweet and full of energy, and we had a great time running through the grass and playing pretend. The two older siblings really wanted pictures with their baby brother, which was so darling!
Seriously, what a fabulous family…good lookin’ too 😉
