Henry was born last week…about a month premature and still seven pounds! He is as cute as a button and his parents are naturals at being mom and dad!
I simply love Henry’s house, one of those classic St Paul homes full of gorgeous woodwork and charm. I loved getting part of his environment in the images as well.
Even when snoozing, Henry made little grunts and coos…he also opened his eyes for a bit, and smirked.
Isn’t he just a doll?
Sweet Daniel had his newborn session today, at 5 days old. He is truly a miracle baby, and oh so sweet.
Big sister is enjoying the new arrival, and I love that she gets special brother sister time before going to bed.
I enjoy doing newborn sessions in the clients’ home because it gives us a “day in the life” look to the images.
And then Daniel opened his eyes and melted us with his cuteness =)
I brought along my suitcase prop, and we utilized the light on the front step.

Little Will had his newborn session today.
This little guy was 10 days late, and by the time he arrived (dad got to deliver him!) everyone was so thankful to finally meet him! Especially big brother, he was such a big helper! When Will cries, Jacob sings “I am Jesus Little Lamb” and calms the baby right down.

Danny is about two weeks old and just darling! I loved his tiny nose, red curls and bright eyes.
And like the true child of thespians, he did a great job with his first photoshoot.
Since Shannon and Stuart attended a Twins game on Danny’s due date (while feeling contractions), we felt a baseball themed picture would be appropriate. That day, the Twins happened to be giving every kid at the game a jersey, Danny got one, too!
Congratulations, Stuart and Shannon! Danny is perfection!
Baby Ethan had his newborn portraits yesterday! Big brother Andy seems to be adjusting well and likes to tickle Ethan’s head. We made sure to get portraits with all the members of the family, and I think my favorite is the one where he is looking at daddy.
Ethan was so awake, alert and GOOD. It didn’t take much time at all to take all of his portraits, what a sweet little guy! Here are my favorite images, enjoy!
